Once upon a time, there was a man who, at the age of 67, was living off social security checks in a small house, driving a beat-up car.
He decided it was time to make a change. He thought about his specialty, what he had to offer that other people may benefit from, and consequently he also. His mind went to his food specialty that was a chicken recipe, which his family and friends loved.
He left his home and traveled throughout the country, trying to sell his special chicken food recipe to restaurants. He even offered the recipe samples for free, asking for only a small chunk of the money, that was earned.
However, most of the restaurants declined his offer. 1,010 restaurants said no. After all of the rejections, he persisted. He believed in himself and his specialty.
When he visited another next restaurant 1011, he got a YES. That was only due to his demonstration and the power of persistence. Now he has a lot of money and wealthy peaceful work life. He was very happy now.
“It’s never too late in life to find success. You have to have confidence in yourself and believe in your work.”
